At Straye Grounds, many of our products are roasted or made to order. This allows us to keep production intentional while reducing unnecessary excess.
Processing & Production Times
Coffee
Our coffee is roasted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Apparel
Our apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 1–5 days for production before shipment.
Mugs
Our mugs are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4+ business days for production before shipment. During high-volume or holiday periods, production may take longer.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after shipment vary by product and fulfillment partner:
- Apparel: approximately 1–5 days after production
- Mugs: domestic delivery typically takes approximately 2–8 business days after production
- Coffee: delivery time will vary by carrier and destination after the processing period
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Multiple Shipments
Straye Grounds products may be produced and fulfilled by different partners. If your order contains multiple product types, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
You will receive tracking information as each shipment leaves its fulfillment location.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
Production and shipping times may be extended during holidays and other high-volume periods. If significant delays are expected, we’ll make every effort to communicate updated timing.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional shipping charges if a package must be resent.
