Straye Grounds reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any reason at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many Straye Grounds products are roasted or made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once production has begun.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided when the order was placed.

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holiday volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Because Straye Grounds products may be produced and fulfilled from different locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
